The new success criteria in WCAG 2.2

The WCAG is an international set of guidelines for creating digitally accessible content. The latest version consists of 87 rules we call success criteria. You don't have to meet all 87 success criteria right away. It is important to pay particular attention to WCAG 2.2 success criteria at levels A and AA.

6 new criteria

In our checklist, all criteria are additionally explained. So you can easily get started with the new WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines yourself:

  • 2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (minimum) (AA)

  • 2.5.7 Dragging Movements (AA)

  • 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA)

  • 3.2.6 Consistent Help(A)

  • 3.3.7 Redundant Entry (A)

  • 3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (minimum) AA
