The professional training for WCAG auditers

After attending this professional training course, you can immediately start working as a digital accessibility researcher within your organisation.

The training is based on the latest WCAG guidelines: the International Guidelines for Digitally Accessible Websites (WCAG 2.2 AA). These guidelines describe success criteria, which websites and apps must meet for the Digital Government Act and the European Accessibility Act.

Content of this professional training:

1. Literature review

Before the start of the course, you will be given information to study independently.

2. We start with the basics

You attend the training course 'digital accessibility basics'. This can be done online or at the office.

3. Professional training is started

We immediately start conducting investigations. You start small and we slowly expand the investigations more and more.

  • How to determine the scope of an investigation?

  • How to conduct an investigation using the guidelines?

  • What are the investigation methods: visual inspection and use of tools?

  • How to write an investigation report?

4. The final assignment

The course concludes with a final assignment where you independently conduct a research and write a report.
