In 3 topics, we discuss design, text and technology and look at how a good user experience (UX) helps improve your forms. Using recognisable examples, we will look at how to improve forms so that everyone can use them.

1. Introduction to digital accessibility (via e-learning)

What is (digital) accessibility?
Why is digital accessibility important?
Legislation around digital accessibility
The background and history of the guidelines.
The structure of the different levels within the guidelines (principles, guidelines, success criteria, techniques).

2. The WCAG guidelines

Explaining the key success criteria for:
- Design of forms
- Technics of forms
- Texts in forms
The benefits for people with disabilities
Self-testing whether something complies with the guidelines (by visual inspection or use of tools).
